Yes. Currently, we will need access to a kitchen on-site. We will easily integrate into your existing setup. Our team will coordinate with you to align on storage, service, and preparation needs, ensuring a seamless partnership. We do hope to offer deliveries in the near future for those without on-site kitchens.

Menus are distributed one month in advance, giving you plenty of time to review options and request small adjustments if needed. Because our menus are seasonal, certain ingredients may occasionally be unavailable but we’ll always communicate any changes and provide a comparable substitute. Each menu is also designed to be shared with families, so everyone can stay informed and excited about what’s being served.

Absolutely. Many schools include faculty lunches as part of their meal service with the same high-quality menu.

We accept ACH, check, and credit card payments. While we generally prefer monthly billing, we’re happy to discuss a schedule that works best for your team. Our standard contract covers one full school year (typically late August through early June), with the option to add a summer meal program if needed.

We carefully document every student’s dietary needs and provide appropriate alternatives for common allergens such as nuts, dairy, and gluten. Our kitchen team is fully trained in safe food handling practices, including cross-contact prevention. We also accommodate religious and personal food preferences to ensure every student receives meals that are safe, respectful, and enjoyable.

Yes! We offer tasting sessions so school leaders and faculty can experience the quality, flavor, and presentation firsthand.
